  1. Can I Collect My Order Instead?
    Yes you are more than welcome to collect from our Nexus Warehouse in Leicester. When paying for your items please ensure that you click on 'collect from store'. Once the item is ready for collection we will either call you or email you so that you can make arrangements to collect your order. Collections are only possible Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

  2. What if I have a problem with a product on delivery?
    If there are any issues with items at point of delivery please call us on 0116 274 4057, ask for dispatch and we will advise the best course of action. We will attempt to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

  3. What happens if I'm not here when delivery is attempted?
    If you're not in, the courier will leave a calling card including all the details you need to either re-arrange your delivery, or in the case of a Parcel Force delivery, collect from a local post office. A re-delivery charge may apply in some cases.

  4. Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour?
    As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door, you will be responsible for them. We'll only deliver to the address given on the order and goods will not be left without a signature unless authorised by the person named on the order. Once the delivery of your items has been completed, any loss or damage to the goods is at your own risk.

    Yes, We do offer next day delivery service on certain products - usually shown on the individual products pages. This service though is subject to the items being in-stock, the type of item, the time of order (usually 3 pm is the cut-off point) and your postcode.

    Our delivery options are dependent on the size of your order. These vary from Parcel Force, own own fleet, My Hermes and the pallet network.

    Will the delivery driver call me?

    If delivery is in our own vehicles you will be called prior to delivery. For smaller items and certain pallet deliveries, this service is not available.

    On certain items we do offer free delivery and this can be dependent on your post code. To find out whether an item qualifies for free delivery please enter your post code on the delivery tab, where prompted and you will be informed immediately whether a delivery charge applies for this product to your post code.

  9. Can I track my order?
    For small items you will received via email a tracking number so that you can check where the item is and also approximate day and time of delivery. For larger items we also send a tracking number however if they are shipped on a pallet then this could be an all day delivery from 9am to 6pm. For Items delivered in our own vehicles you can usually expect a phone call approx. one hour before delivery which. For this you will be advised by our dispatch team.
