  1. What payment options are available?
    Our payment options include all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and bank transfer. We do not currently accept American Express.

  2. My method of payment has been declined, what now?

    If your method of payment has been declined please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly and that the card billing address matches the delivery address. Also ensure that the type of card used is one that we accept. If you still encounter problems please call us on 0116 274 4057 and will try our best to assist.

  3. Orders can be placed online or with our UK based customer sales department.

    It's quick and easy to place your order online. Simply find the product(s) you would like to buy, click on the add to basket button and then select any essential extras that you require. Once your basket holds everything you would like to order, simply click on 'checkout' to enter your delivery and payment details.

    We only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling. If paying in another currency, please ensure that you have the payment converted to UK pounds.
