  6. I've received the wrong product, what can I do?
    Please call us as soon as possible on 0116 274 4057 quoting your order reference number and the product code from the incorrect item. We will then raise a returns note and take you through the process of having this exchanged for you.

  7. Can I return a product?
    Yes you can return products to us at your own expense up to 14 days of the purchase date. Exceptions apply such as special order items. Items that have been used cannot be returned. For further information please call us to clarify anything you may be unsure of.

    To place an order, the process is quick and easy. Simply browse the products you're interested in on our website, add the goods you want to your basket, then proceed to the delivery and payment pages to complete the order.

    Yes, you can add items on to existing orders by calling our customer service team. If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this online.

    Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions unless you wish to place an additional order.
