  4. What is Price Promise?
    We promise to match any price that may be lower than the price we offer on our website. Certain conditions apply such as the other seller must offer the same level of service, have a showroom, the items are in stock at point of ordering, are not clearance items, and are identical products with the same guarantees, i-e not products sourced from other countries. We do not match auction websites or Amazon.

  5. Do you have a showroom?
    Yes, we have a well established showroom which is well known in Leicester. It covers around 10,000 square feet and is approximately 70 bathrooms, 10 kitchens and over 40 fires on display with most of them real working models. We also have a busy trade counter where you will find price competitive bathrooms and a fully stocked plumbing trade counter where boilers, radiators and fittings are offered at very keen prices.

  6. How do I contact you?

    If you wish to contact us for a general enquiry, you can email us at [email protected] Contacting us by email is simple and we aim to answer all email queries within a few hours. Any emails received outside of working hours will be responded to at the soonest possible opportunity. You can also contact us by phone on 0116 274 4057. Calls are accepted during the following hours: 9:30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday. Please be aware that our customer services team can only answer your queries between 9:30 am and 6 pm, due to our courier and manufacturer enquiry channels closing at that time. If you are ordering goods, the lines are open between 6 pm and 9 pm.     We install certain types of products, particularly fires depending on the type of fire and the proximity of the installation location to Leicester. Please contact us to find out more. Our team though are more than happy to advise on installation wherever possible.
