Yes, they are manufactured from 80% quartz sand and 20% very hard acrylic resin. Fragranite by Franke gives you a lifetime of beauty and ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

All Franke Fragranite sinks feature a bacteria repelling surface that lasts a lifetime. Since Cleanliness is important and that is why Fragranite is treated with Sanitized®. The silver ions suppress the growth of bacteria and microbes by 99%, which means better hygiene and faster washing.

Step 1: Thoroughly rinse the sink with warm water. Using a circular motion to remove any debris, add two or three drops of dish detergent to a nylon scrub brush and clean the sink thoroughly.

Step 2: To clear any traces of soap, clean the sink with warm water.

Step 3: For hard water mineral deposits, wash the sink with a cloth or sponge dampened with white vinegar. Using bleach cleaner or oxalic acid powder cleaner on a damp cloth or sponge for harder stains.

Step 4: Rinse the sink with warm water and dry the sink with a dry towel.

Yes, Fragranite withstands temperatures up to 280 °C (180° up to 30 minutes, 280° up to 10 seconds).

Fragranite is resistant to thermal shock and impact. Even knives are not going to scratch the surface.

Generally, you will have to purchase Siphon I, II or III part plumbing kit (depends on the number of sink bowls).

Franke offers a 50years warranty for manufacturing defects on sinks.
