Out of stock items will be dispatched on a similar timescale once in stock
Pallet & heavy / fragile Items are delivered to your door. It is your responsibility to take these inside your property.
We strongly advise that you do not book an installer until you have received your goods, and they have been checked.We will not be held responsible for any installation costs or compensation claims due to any product delays.

Lead times on products may vary, we do though aim to deliver within the time scale quoted. It is important that you do not book your installer before you have taken delivery of the item and have checked that it is free from damage. We will not be responsible for any charges incurred for the cancellation of installers.
