Out of stock items will be dispatched on a similar timescale once in stock
Pallet & heavy / fragile Items are delivered to your door. It is your responsibility to take these inside your property.
We strongly advise that you do not book an installer until you have received your goods, and they have been checked.We will not be held responsible for any installation costs or compensation claims due to any product delays.

The quoted lead time on products may vary, however we aim to deliver within the timescale quoted. If however the item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver within this timeframe we will endeavor to notify you as quickly as we can.
