Pallet & heavy / fragile Items are delivered to your door. It is your responsibility to take these inside your property.
We strongly advise that you do not book an installer until you have received your goods, and they have been checked.We will not be held responsible for any installation costs or compensation claims due to any product delays.

Lead time on products may vary, we aim to deliver within the timescale. If however the item is out of stock, you will be notified within 2 working days.
