  5. Do you offer free delivery?
    On certain items we do offer free delivery and this can be dependent on your post code. To find out whether an item qualifies for free delivery please enter your post code on the delivery tab, where prompted and you will be informed immediately whether a delivery charge applies for this product to your post code.

  6. How do I contact you?

    If you wish to contact us for a general enquiry, you can email us at info@nexus-home.com. Contacting us by email is simple and we aim to answer all email queries within a few hours. Any emails received outside of working hours will be responded to at the soonest possible opportunity. You can also contact us by phone on 0116 274 4057. Calls are accepted during the following hours: 9:30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday. Please be aware that our customer services team can only answer your queries between 9:30 am and 6 pm, due to our courier and manufacturer enquiry channels closing at that time. If you are ordering goods, the lines are open between 6 pm and 9 pm.     If your method of payment has been declined please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly and that the card billing address matches the delivery address.
