1. What payment options are available?
   Our payment options include all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and bank transfer. We do not currently accept American Express.

4. What is your returns policy?
   We offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy on all standard items. Exclusions to this are any special order items, all fires, items that have been fitted or items that are not in the same condition as were received and do not have their original packaging.

5. How long does the returns process take?
   Once goods are received back to us, returns normally take 1-3 days to process. If you have paid by card, please note that once refunds are processed, the payment can take up to three days to show in your account.

6. Can I amend my order?
   Yes, you can amend your order if it has not been picked and dispatched. Please call us as soon as possible if you wish to do this and we will advise if this is possible.

   0% interest free credit finance options for over 12 months on certain products - subject to a £500 minimum spend. For more information, feel free to call us.

9. How can I place an order?

   Orders can be placed online or with our UK based customer sales department.

   It's quick and easy to place your order online. Simply find the product(s) you would like to buy, click on the add to basket button and then select any essential extras that you require. Once your basket holds everything you would like to order, simply click on 'checkout' to enter your delivery and payment details.
