  2. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
    Returning your product if it’s unwanted: Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund. Some exceptions apply - see our refund policy for more details.

  3. What is your returns policy?

    Yes you can return products to us at your own expense up to 14 days of the purchase date. Exceptions apply such as special order items. Items that have been used cannot be returned. For further information please call us to clarify anything you may be unsure of.

    Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange the shipping on unwanted items. We are not responsible for any return costs on unwanted goods. View full returns policy

  4. I've changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

    If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please get in contact with us immediately by email [email protected] or by phone 0116 274 4057 and provide us with your order number. We will then contact / advise you of the best way to cancel your order.

    All goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession. We are not responsible for any return costs associated with unwanted items, and you will need to arrange the shipping yourself to ensure safe return.

  5. My order is damaged, what should I do next?
    Customers should fully inspect any orders received on the day they arrive. You then have up to 48 hours to notify us of any faults or damage. We advise contacting us via email or telephone in this situation. We will then notify you of the next stage of action. Finally, we will either arrange collection of the goods, request that either you send the goods back to us, or are disposed of.

  6. Can I exchange an item instead of receiving a refund?
    Sorry, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like another item this would need to be purchased as a separate order.

  7. Have you received the items I have returned to you?
    We will notify you when we receive your item. Refunds generally take 1-3 days from when we receive your item. Please be aware that if you have paid by card, refunds can take three working days to show in your card account.

  8. Can you pick up a return from me?
    To return an item you will have to arrange this at your expense. Please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of your item by your chosen delivery company.
